January Favourites

So it is already February, 2015 is flying by so fast. Here are some of the things i have loved throughout January 2015.

Make up
My absolute favorite make up product from this month has to be the NARS tinted moisturizer. It’s just incredible. At the moment i am trying to be more natural, and i’ve just sorted out my make up collection accordingly. I don’t get many spots, however i do feel that my skin tone is uneven and patchy and therefore i do not like wearing nothing. However i love love LOVE how the NARS evens out my skin tone, without giving me much coverage and therefore making my skin look so natural. It feels and looks like i’m wearing nothing and its great. I 100% recommend.
My second favorite make up product from this month has to be the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette. The colours are so pretty and natural, allowing me to create a really natural eye shadow look to match my natural foundation look. Together they just give you a really nice natural finish, which is exactly what i have been loving this month.
For my third favorite product i have picked the Urban Decay Smoked Palette. I haven’t heard many people rave about this, but i have LOVED it. I tend to opt for this over the naked basics 2 more for an evening look, and i think that the combinations that you can make are just so lovely and pretty. It comes with an urban decay eye shadow primer which on its own is amazing, however it also comes with a little tutorial book. I usually avoid smoky eye shadow looks as i find that they are hard to do and hard to blend to perfection. However with the step to step guide and these gorgeous colours I find it easier than ever.

Other random favorites
Other than make up i have also been LOVING the TV series pretty little liars. This is something that i loved a few years back but found my self never catching up after series 1. Needless to say this month i have almost completely caught up and i am so addicted, its unhealthy. I strongly recommend watching this program, but warning it is highly addictive.

On the book front i have two to include in this favorite, girl online and severed heads, broken hearts. Girl online is a book written by a women called Zoe Sugg, needless to say that the quality of the writing is not amazing, but i did indeed love the story line. I found it so relatable, with a girl suffering from panic attacks in it just like me. Severed heads, broken hearts was recommended to me as i am obsessed with john green and it reminds me a lot of his looking for alaska. I just loved the story of the books and the twists at the end, i really recommend it.
My final favorite for this month is my dressing gown. I picked it up a couple weeks ago from primark, and i have barley taken it off since. It’s just so adorable, cute and fluffy. If you love things that make you look adorable as hell then really this dressing gown is for you.

So that’s it for my monthly favorites. What has been your favorites this month? Have you loved any of these favorites as well? Let me know in the comments.
