Sometimes, after a nice meal (usually pasta or noodle based for students like me), I find myself craving something sweet. A proper pudding, not just a chocolate biscuit. This is the perfect cheap, easy and quick recipe that really hit’s the spot. This is the perfect recipe for student’s or anyone with a sweet tooth, I found all these ingredients in our cupboards and the best part about it? It took 5 minutes to make.
♥ Ingredients ♥
4 Tablespoons of Self Raising Flour
4 Tablespoons of White Granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Coco Powder
3 Tablespoons of Olive or Vegetable Oil
3 Tablespoons of Milk
3 Tablespoons of Nutella
♥ Method ♥
Add all ingredients into a LARGE mug, mix with a fork until all smooth.
Place in microwave for aprox. 1-3 minutes depending on your microwave. (Mine took about 2 and a half.) Keep an eye out, you can overcook them very easily, and they’ll become more like rock cakes.
You could then serve as it is, or you could add cream and chocolate sauce or strawberry’s. I opted for a simple icing sugar method.
This is so simple but so delicious, definitely one of my favourite recipes. Enjoy.
